Welcome back my favorite minions, I'm going over many "elites" and their make-up looks. Of course some of them will be modified. But also I recommend you don't copy these people's looks by 100% because you could look like a poser and annoy some people. Besides from make-up I'll try to go over their facial features from eyebrows to noses.

Step 'Uno': Apply some white Dot* eyeliner.
Step Two: Create a short dark line with another eyeliner color. I used deep blue, she used black.
Step Three: Now basically out line the first line you made and also go under the eye a little too.
Step Four: She did not do this step, but I add i teny weny bit of black eye shadow.
Step Five: Add some LUXE lip gloss.
Taaaaaaaaaa daaaaaaaaaaaa. There you have it.
