Welcome back my favorite starlets, I'm going over many "elites" and their make-up looks. Of course some of them will be modified. But also I recommend you don't copy these people's looks by 100% because you could look like a poser and annoy some people. Besides from make-up I'll try to go over their facial features from eyebrows to noses.
Todays look you ask? Well we are going to conjour the " PerezStarGossip ". Why I put that way? Because I've been debating when I should do her, and I think tutorial #10 is the best time. She is the owner of the LOVELY&DRAMA-LICIOUS : perezhiltonofstardoll blog! I've talked to her a few times and honestly, shes the nicest person ever. She also has 2 clubs. But she hasn't been online for a while, so I don't know when she'll see this :\

These are her facial features.
Step One: To be like Perez, apply some lilac eyepencil on the bottom half of your eye lids. To be like me, due to the fact I don't have any purple-ish shade of eyepencil, I used liquid eyeliner.
Step Two: Use some white eyeshadow, or shade stick and apply it in the shape I did.
Step Three: First outline where you are going to shade the eyeshadow. Hence the picture labelled "Part A". Then fill it in accurately, making "Part B".
Step Four: Apply some lengthening mascara, 'Part A'. Apply some volumizing mascara on the TOP half of the eyes only, making 'Part B'.
Step Five: Apply some pink-ish blush within the orange square I've created. Don't over do it, it shouldn't show too much.
Step Six: Apply another different shade of blush, basically "in-front" of the pink.
Step Seven: Apply some (pink) lipstick, not LUXE.
Step Eight: *Click to Enlarge* There is a line I created that shows that you don't even go over the whole lip with lip gloss only an itty bitty segment of it on the bottom half. If you enlarge you can see arrows showing you should stay ABOVE the line.
Step Nine: Add some fake lashes and earrings. She had those Hot Buys lashes. *i wish you should sell beauty products*.
Bang Bang Beacth (got that line from BFM blog), you got the PerezStarGossip look! All of "y'all" should visit her. Ask her why she hasn't been online for like EVER (4 days right now).
