DKNY lip print scarf?

Hello Folks!
So this is sort of a follow-up post to super_star4real's previous post about 60 free items in starplaza. I saw this and wanted to check out the items and I have to say these freebies are not too bad. Typically, Stardoll freebies are plain disgusting and honestly something no one would wear even for free. Now I was shocked when I was looking through these items to find this:

Then I thought this scarf kinda looks like this:

So I suppose the question is..Is this a real DKNY scarf we're getting for free or just some phony look-a-like.
