The ugly side of Stardoll

Before you read on any furthur just be warned that this post will contain mature and innapropriate content for some readers. This post has a very different tone than those I usually write and is on a "touchy" subject I prefer to steer clear from. However, this is an important issue and something that clearly needs to monitored better by the staff of stardoll. If you are uncomfortable reading any of this information I would suggest you please stop reading. All of the following are things I have found posted on and around stardoll. THey are not in the opinon of myself nor any of the other memebers of this blog. All usernames/ faces of these pictures have been removed for the privacy of those who have published this content on Stardoll and to avoid any confrontation. Once again, I am sorry if I offend anyone with the content of this post but it is an issue I believe we all need to address and try to prevent from happening in the future for the sake of younger and older stardoll members alike.

The sad thing about this is half of these members are young..I know I am a teenager to but some of these people are kids of 11 and 12 saying and doing innapropriate things. First off I think personally dating someone you have met only over the internet especially stardoll is disgusting because many people are not who they say they are. But I find sexting people and doing such actions as above is repulsive, gross and wrong. Stardoll members can be as young as 1- I know because I tried (although it is quite unlikely) as long as they have parental permisson. A kid sees these things are what are they to say? Kids nor teenagers for that matter don't need to be exposed to these things I know back when my parents were children these sort of things would get one's mouth washed out with soap or perhaps a belt to the behind. Why should this be okay in today's terms? Now even if you are not a relgious person and believe intercourse should be saved until marriage I am sure most people would not think intercourse at a young ages is a good thing. I know today we are exposed to the ideas more with teen pregnacy shows, icons like the stars from Jersey Shore and even the internet. In fact Nationally, nearly one million young women under age 20 become pregnant each year. That means close to 2800 teens get pregnant each day (according to soundvision.com)

Some of the outfits and clothing above are quite innapropriate for a website meant for children and teenagers a like. In one of the following medolls the owner of the doll decided to make a hand touching her private areas and one girl even went to the extent to save her medol clothingless. It doesn't help when you can buyt clothing from the starplaza featuring sheer fabrics, slits, low cut necklines and more resulting in extreme amounts of showing skin.

Some people may join stardoll only for the procative content. If you look at the usernames above it's not like they are joining for the fashion...

I believe that this is something that really needs to be brought to the attention of stardoll staff because Stardoll is supposed to be a cool place to hang out and meet great people, fashion, games and fun not a place to get laid.

So please if you run across any of this behaviour please report it to the stardoll staff to bring Stardoll back to what it is meant to be used for.
