Hot Buys Dress!

Now, here's a Hotbuys dress I love! It looks lovely, pretty and is something I would buy...if it weren't for the price!

It costs a lovely 26SD, yes you heard me right! 26 whole stardollars. I believe this might be a bit dear for what it is but it is stunning! And here it is...
So what do you think? I love it, the top makes the rest of the dress look nicer otherwise I think it would be too plain! It is a lovely royal blue colour and reminds me of mermaids and the sea.
