Alright so I am all sure you've heard or seen by now that the beach villa has been released. It's available for $199 and yes is s.s only. I haven't bought it yet but here is a picture anyways and the new format:
The thing that sucks the most about this new suite is you can't view it before you buy! $199 is a lot to waste if you buy it and don't like it. On the bright side it is cheaper than the penthouse was......
