Fame Monster Tutorial: Noelle_Page (11)

Welcome back my favorite audience, I'm going over many "elites" and their make-up looks. Of course some of them will be modified. But also I recommend you don't copy these people's looks by 100% because you could look like a poser and annoy some people. Besides from make-up I'll try to go over their facial features from eyebrows to noses.

 These are her facial features..

Step One: Add some fake lashes. 

Step Two: Use some white eye-liner. Start at the front rim of the eyes to about half way through. 

Step Three: At the bottom half of the eyes, add some eye-liner. I pick that purple-ish color, mainly because I have only three choices.

Step Four: Basically make a dot with a color darker than the previous one within the circles I created. Click to enlarge. 

Step Five: Using black eye-shadow, try your hardeest to go in the shape I have created. 

Step Six:  On top of the balck eye shadow. Use some skin tone macthing LUXE eye shadow, the closest shade to my skin was "carmel". 

Step Seven (Optional): With black eye-liner create a feather like shape in the designated area. 

Step Eight: Use some lip liner.

Step Nine: Gloss it up, with LUXE lip gloss. 

Step Ten: With blush go in the shape I've created.

Step Eleven: Dye your hair black, if you wish. 

Step Twelve: Add some chic earrings.

And voila, you have Noelle_Page's super cute look.
