If you go to the Miss Stardoll World tab on the spotlight page, once you click it you'll see this:
Click on 'Promote Yourself!' and once everything has loaded scroll down.
Press 'Deliver To My Suite' and voila you have it. It should be in your suite. You'll also have the option to make one of these:
